Service Terms and Client Responsibilities

EISGE AB performs electrical installations and property maintenance in line with Swedish standards. Clients must provide accurate details and safe work conditions. Service may be postponed or declined due to safety or legal concerns.

All services are performed after written approval of a quote. Cancellations or changes require written confirmation and may affect scheduling and cost. Documentation is maintained for transparency.

Payment terms are specified in each quote. Invoices should be paid on time; overdue invoices may result in suspended service. Payments and data are managed securely in accordance with GDPR.

Liability and Data Protection

EISGE AB’s liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence and capped at the total service fees paid. We do not cover indirect or consequential damages.
